I’m Carmel Quinn
I started EngagingHR back in 2015 after 15 years working in HR for start-ups, SME and Corporates in the gaming and tech sectors.
Rising through the ranks to Director level, sitting on Senior Management Teams advising C-Suite Executives, and more importantly after a lifetime of working with people I feel I am best placed helping small organisations and individuals get going and grow.
I am MCIPD qualified, a certified coach and just so you know I absolutely love what I do! Understanding the complexities of start-ups and small businesses I know that Engaging HR is well-equipped with the skills and expertise to support its clients.
I am proud to say that I get things done! I have worked in all disciplines of HR as a generalist so have a holistic view of all things people. Over the last nine years, I have been passionate about how I have worked with my clients in delivering their people solutions. It is important to me that they were bold and innovative but most of all were delivered with pragmatism and empathy.
My own values are to be transparent, honest, innovative and engaging so hopefully that’s why my clients love working with me.
